Contact through your account

Armsmith uses in-app support tickets. You need to sign in to submit a ticket and read its replies. This page is public, but it does not provide anonymous messaging or an email contact channel.

Use Sign in to contact support, or open your support tickets if you are already signed in. On the support page, choose the new-ticket action, enter a title and description, and submit your message.

If you cannot sign in, you will not be able to submit a ticket through this channel. This page does not enable email-based account recovery. Use an existing sign-in method that is available for your account.

What support covers

  • Problems creating a coat of arms or checking a generation's status.
  • Questions about displayed credits or a failed generation.
  • Problems opening, downloading, or managing your own saved artwork.
  • Product feedback, accessibility issues, and corrections to published guides.
  • Questions or requests concerning your account data.

Armsmith does not provide ancestry verification or advice establishing rights to historical arms. See About Armsmith for the product's capabilities and limitations.

What to include

Include the page address, approximate time of the issue, steps that led to it, and what you expected to happen. For a generation issue, include its identifier if available and the error message shown. Screenshots can help, but remove unrelated personal information first.

For a guide correction, identify the passage and include a relevant source. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, or payment-card details in a ticket or attachment.

Reading and replying to messages

Return to your support tickets while signed in to check the ticket's status and read or add replies. Keep follow-up information in the same ticket so its context stays together. Do not rely on email notifications to see a response.
