What Armsmith Collects

Armsmith collects the information needed to provide the service:

• Account data: your name, email address, authentication records, and session information.
• Crest instructions: your written description and selected shield shape, colors, symbol, pattern, supporters, style, and output tier.
• Generation records: job status, credit usage, technical error details, and the resulting image location.
• Basic technical data: request metadata used to secure, diagnose, and operate the service.

Armsmith uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember security-related session state. Optional analytics or support tools are used only if the operator enables them.

How Generation Data Is Processed

Armsmith sends your crest instructions and generation settings to Kie AI, the image-generation provider. Do not include private, confidential, or sensitive personal information in a crest description.

Kie AI processes that information to create the requested image. Kie publishes its own service terms and retention practices, which apply to its copy of submitted prompts, task metadata, and generated media. Kie currently states that generated media is retained for a limited period, so Armsmith downloads completed images promptly for local storage.

Local Crest History

Completed crest images are stored on the Armsmith server under access-controlled local storage and are shown only to the account that created them. They remain available in your crest history until you delete them or the service is lawfully required to remove them.

Deleting a crest removes its locally stored image. Limited task metadata may be retained where necessary for security, abuse prevention, credit integrity, and legal compliance.

Credits and Payments

The early-access version of Armsmith provides promotional credits and does not accept payments. Promotional credits have no cash value. If paid services are introduced later, this policy will be updated before payment data is collected.

Sharing and Disclosure

Armsmith does not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with processors needed to operate the service, such as Kie AI for image generation, or when required by law, necessary to protect users, or necessary to prevent abuse.

Security and Retention

Armsmith uses access controls, encrypted transport, masked administrator secrets, and encrypted-at-rest provider credentials when a configuration encryption key is set. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Account and operational records are retained while needed to provide and protect the service. Provider-side copies are governed by the provider's own retention policy.

Your Choices

You may view and delete crests through your account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of other account data, use the support contact made available through the service. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service.

Changes and Contact

This policy may change as Armsmith develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new update date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Questions or privacy requests may be sent through the support contact shown in Armsmith.
