Armsmith Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Armsmith, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Armsmith lets you combine structured heraldic choices with a written description, submit those instructions to an AI image provider, and save or export the resulting crest. AI generation is probabilistic: a result may not follow every instruction and repeated requests may produce different images.

Armsmith is an early-access service. Features, credit costs, availability, and limits may change as the product develops.

Accounts and Credits

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Promotional Armsmith credits are a usage allowance, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire on the date shown in the service.

The early-access version does not accept payments. If paid plans are introduced, their price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before purchase.

Your Instructions and Generated Crests

You retain any rights you hold in descriptions and other material you submit. You grant Armsmith and its image-generation provider the limited permission needed to process that material and deliver the requested service.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and export generated crests. Armsmith does not guarantee that an AI-generated crest is unique, copyrightable, historically accurate, or available as a trademark. You are responsible for checking whether a design infringes another party's copyright, trademark, heraldic entitlement, or other rights before publishing or registering it.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Armsmith to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• impersonate a person, family, organization, public authority, or protected institution;
• create hateful, threatening, deceptive, exploitative, or abusive material;
• submit confidential information or personal data you are not authorized to use;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or credit controls; or
• automate access except through an interface Armsmith expressly provides.

Third-Party Processing

Image generation is provided through Kie AI. Provider availability, processing time, safety controls, and provider-side retention are outside Armsmith's direct control and are also subject to the provider's applicable terms.

Availability and Termination

Armsmith may reject a generation, remove unlawful material, limit use, or suspend an account to protect the service or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Service interruptions and maintenance may occur without advance notice during early access.

Disclaimers and Liability

Armsmith is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that outputs will be error-free, original, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armsmith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service or generated material.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and Contact

These Terms may change as Armsmith develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new update date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Questions may be sent through the support contact shown in Armsmith.
